Our Goal Is To Empower Women and Girls Through Sports. We are exist to achieve gender equality in American professional football.

Gender equality is the state of equal ease of access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision-making; and the state of valuing different behaviors, aspirations and needs equally, regardless of gender.

Texas Elite Spartans believe that it is important to our society that we practice gender equity in professional sports. Many children grow up with professional athletes as their hero's. They consider all of the possibilities strictly based on the "greatness" of these athletes. We believe that it is critical to our society that women are included in this group of hero's.

In order to achieve gender equality in football, our society, businesses, government and sponsors must be willing to financially propel women's football into a place where it can be nurtured, funded and supported in the exact same way as mens football.

This does not mean that women and men have to become the same, but that their rights, responsibilities and opportunities will not depend on whether they are born male or female. Gender equity means fairness of treatment for women and men, according to their respective needs. This may include equal treatment or treatment that is different but which is considered equivalent in terms of rights, benefits, obligations and opportunities.

As of 2017, gender equality is the fifth of seventeen sustainable development goals of the United NationsGender inequalityis measured annually by the United Nations Development Programme's Human Development Reports.
