ELITE WOMENS FOOTBALL ALLIANCE OF DALLAS
The Elite Women’s Football Alliance of Dallas is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women and girls through football. By combining championship-level performance with leadership development, youth outreach, and visible advocacy, this organization is advancing gender equity in sports and serving as a powerful community and cultural force.
To empower women and girls in Texas through the game of football, building confidence, leadership, and lifelong skills. Through youth flag programs, community outreach, allyship initiatives, and our flagship Texas Elite Spartans team, we use football as a catalyst for equity, opportunity, and lasting impact.
A Texas where women and girls have equal access to the power, community, and opportunity of sport, on the field, in leadership, and in life. We envision a future where every girl knows her strength, sees her value, and leads with courage, supported by a community that champions her success.
