The Elite Women’s Football Alliance of Dallas is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women and girls through football. By combining championship-level performance with leadership development, youth outreach, and visible advocacy, this organization is advancing gender equity in sports and serving as a powerful community and cultural force.
To empower women and girls in Texas through the game of football, building confidence, leadership, and lifelong skills. Through youth flag programs, community outreach, allyship initiatives, and our flagship Texas Elite Spartans team, we use football as a catalyst for equity, opportunity, and lasting impact.

Since 2018, the Texas Elite Spartans have risen as a powerhouse in women’s tackle football, defined not just by dominance on the field, but by a relentless commitment to elevating the athlete experience and building a lasting platform for future generations.
Through mentorship, visibility, and elite competition, they continue to drive the sport forward with innovation, inclusion, and leadership.
Alumni, fueled by that same ELITE standard, return as coaches, staff, and volunteers, keeping the legacy alive and growing.

Donations directly support the Spartans' youth camps and clinics, providing young girls with access to elite coaching, mentorship, and opportunities to grow through the game of football.
