The Texas Elite Spartans aren’t just a football team, we are a movement.

With five national championships under our belt, we’re the most decorated team in the WNFC and one of the most exciting women's sports teams in the country. Based in the heart of Dallas-Fort Worth, our mission goes far beyond winning games. We are here to build equity in sports, grow the game for women and girls, and create lasting impact in our community.

And now, we’re growing our team off the field. If you’ve ever wanted to get involved with the movement to elevate women in professional football, this is your moment.

WE’RE HIRING: HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT (Fundraising Lead)

Role Type: Commission-Based + Bonuses

Duration: October 2025 – January 2026

Location: Hybrid (Dallas-Fort Worth Metro)

Goal: Help us raise $175,000 to fund our 2026 season

We’re launching the Elite 175: Fuel the Dynasty capital campaign, and we’re looking for a fundraising pro to lead it. This high-impact role will drive individual and corporate giving, engage DFW business leaders, and unlock game-changing support for our athletes, coaches, and community programs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute a $175K fundraising campaign

  • Secure gifts from individuals, corporations, and community partners

  • Work with marketing and media to amplify our mission

  • Deliver unforgettable donor experiences

  • Help build the future of women’s professional football

Why It Matters: This campaign directly funds equipment, travel, youth programming, and salaries for coaches and staff. You’ll be fueling our 2026 season, and a national model for equity in sport.

WE’RE HIRING: DIRECTOR, COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Role Type: Volunteer (Part-Time, with growth potential)

Location: DFW (Local Presence Preferred)

Mission: Build community, grow visibility, expand flag football access for girls

We’re looking for someone who bleeds Texas and believes in the power of sports to transform lives. In this role, you’ll connect with local schools, businesses, and nonprofits to grow our footprint and drive our impact across North Texas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead community engagement across DFW

  • Support growth of girls’ and women’s flag football programs

  • Represent the team at events and partnerships

  • Organize youth camps, neighborhood events, and volunteer support

Who You Are: A purpose-driven connector who knows DFW, believes in equity for women, and wants to see more girls on the field. You don’t have to be in sports, but you do have to be all in on our mission.

Want In?

We’re building more than a team. We’re building a legacy—and we want people who believe in this work to be part of it.

To apply, email your resume to: operations@texaselitewomensfootball.comLet us know which role you’re interested in and how you’re connected to our mission or the DFW community.
