To Whom It May Concern,
We are writing in hopes to educate, inform and employ you to honor and acknowledge the Texas Elite Spartans Women's Football team. The Spartans are a member of the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC). They are lead by some of the best women's football players in the world, and the winningest professional female Head Coach (former NFL Coaching Intern) in the history of football. For multiple years; the Spartans have garnered support from local media (Fox 4 News, 97.9 The Bear, CW33, ESPN Dallas, 411 Sports, Plano Magazine). Most recently, KERA and D Magazine featured the team as they pursued a second straight championship. And now the Spartans have earned the title of the #1 Women's Football team in the country, to little recognition.

In 2019, the team made the jump to the premier women's tackle football league in the country (WNFC). With sponsorships from Adidas, Riddell Sports, GROUPON and others; the WNFC is pursuing a future for women and girls that includes national exposure and payment for female women's tackle football players and coaches.
In its inaugural season, the league has garnered support from global sponsors, NFL players, politicians and more (www.wnfcfootball.com). Last weekend; the first season concluded with the IX Cup Championship Weekend (www.ixcupchampionship.com); where the two best teams in the WNFC faced off. The Texas Elite Spartans (lead by QB Brittany Bushman) claimed the #1 spot in a 19-14 victory over the Utah Falconz.
For the second year; this Texas dynasty has not lost a game. That's right; in 2 seasons the Texas Elite Spartans have gone undefeated. Even more impressive; Coach Jenkins has not lost a football game since July 2016 (1,095 days).
As a team, playing at the highest level available in their sport; they have dominated. We simply ask that these women are highlighted, honored and acknowledged for honoring the state of Texas, and Metroplex of Dallas and Fort Worth. In 2019 (due to the team not yet having a home city); the team played and won in several DFW counties (Collin, Dallas and Tarrant).
In the spirit of fairness, equality, inclusion, empowerment of women, and the advancement of girls and women through sports; we ask that you publicly acknowledge the achievements of the Texas Elite Spartans Women's Football Team.
Sincerely,
Texas Elite Spartans Women’s Football Team
