At Texas Elite Spartans, we believe the future of football, and the future of leadership looks like this. As we prepare for our final home game this Saturday night, we’re proud to shine a light on two incredible young women from our extended football family: Addy Strifler and Srikari Lanka. These Elite Girls are fierce, talented, and full of heart, and we are proud to have them as part of our village.

Addy Strifler: A Fearless Future QB

At just 9 years old, Addy Strifler is already a force on the field. A third grader representing the RYCA Jackets and Rockwall YMCA NFL Flag Titans, Addy has four years of flag football and two years of tackle under her belt. She plays free safety and wide receiver in tackle, and in flag, she commands the field as both a quarterback and a safety.

Inspired by her big brothers, Addy picked up the ball and never looked back. One of her favorite football moments? Laying out a powerful open-field tackle against a boy who underestimated her. He tried to run through her, he didn’t succeed.

Addy’s dreams are as bold as her play: She wants to become the first female quarterback for the Rockwall High School Yellow Jackets. Her favorite part of Texas Elite Spartans games? “Seeing our girls dominate on the field,” she says. “And getting to meet with all the players that inspire me.”

We see you, Addy—and we’ll be here to mentor, support, and cheer you on every step of the way.

🎤 Srikari Lanka: A Voice and a Vision

At every Texas Elite Spartans home game, when the national anthem rings out with beauty and strength, that voice belongs to none other than Srikari Lanka. Known lovingly as “Sri,” this 8th-grade standout is more than a singer—she’s an artist, a leader, and a cultural ambassador.

Sri’s talents span across Classical Kuchipudi Dance, Carnatic and Western vocals, solo Veena instrumentals, and even painting. She’s been recognized by the Mayor of Irving for her musical excellence and has performed in numerous prestigious events across Texas. At school, she is a soloist in the choir, bringing audiences to their feet with her expressive and moving performances.

A student of the DharmaKriti School of Arts, Sri also assists her mother in teaching Carnatic Music and contributes her time to charitable causes. Her grace on stage and poise under pressure represent the same strength we value on the football field, resilience, passion, and the courage to shine.

On Saturday night, as we celebrate The Village—our fans, sponsors, families, and community—we’re inviting you to celebrate these two bright stars with us.

Addy will be on the sidelines pregame cheering us on, and Srikari will once again lead us in the national anthem. Come out, cheer loud, and show these girls what it means to have a village behind you.

Kickoff is 7PM at Coppell West. Let’s show Addy and Srikari what Elite looks like.
