Spartans Celebrate National Signing Day, Championing Women In Football


Frisco, TX: The Texas Elite Spartans, a force in women's tackle football, are excited to announce their participation in the upcoming WNFC National Signing Day event. This landmark occasion, hosted by Dick's Sporting Goods at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, is scheduled for Friday, January 5, from 6-8pm.


The Spartans, boasting an impressive 49-0 record share an elite status with only the Dallas Cowboys in terms of championship titles (FIVE) . Since their launch in 2018, the Spartans have made significant strides in the women's sports landscape in Dallas/Fort Worth and globally. The team is a mosaic of exceptional talent, drawing Elite athletes with a rich championship history in women's sports.


Players from around the world will sign with the team for the 2024 season. As the group comes together to kick off another season in the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC).


The WNFC National Signing Day event, now in its second year, is a testament to the growing prominence of women's tackle football. Over 1,000 athletes, representing 20+ countries will participate, committing to compete with the 16 WNFC tackle football clubs around the country.


The excitement of National Signing Day extends beyond the signings themselves. Fans and spectators will have the unique opportunity to win prizes and receive autographs from their favorite WNFC athletes. This event offers an unparalleled chance for fans to engage with these extraordinary athletes, discover their stories, and acquire a piece of sports history.
