Texas Elite Spartans Partner with Hartfield Advisory Group to Accelerate Charitable Giving and Sponsorship Growth

The Texas Elite Spartans, the most decorated team in women’s professional tackle football, are proud to announce Hartfield Advisory Group as the team’s first-ever development partner.

This landmark partnership represents a major step forward as the Spartans enter a new era of growth on and off the field. Hartfield Advisory Group will lead the team’s charitable giving and sponsorship strategy, accelerating efforts to build sustainable funding for operations, empower coaches and athletes, and expand community service programs across North Texas.

This partnership marks the official launch of our Fuel the Dynasty capital campaign, an ambitious initiative to raise $175,000 by January 2026. Funds raised will directly support operational needs for the 2026 season, and expand our community programs that uplift girls and families across Texas.

As the Spartans’ first development partner, Hartfield Advisory Group’s work will set the standard for how women’s professional sports teams can build long-term sustainability through strategic fundraising and corporate partnerships.
